Yes — original pieces can be shipped worldwide. Shipping costs and insurance are calculated at the time of the order and added to the final invoice.
Absolutely. Every commission is tailored to your project. Share reference images, colour palettes, or examples of work you love and Isabel will work with you to get it right.
Each commission includes one round of revisions after the initial draft. Additional revision rounds can be arranged for a small fee. Major changes to the brief after work has begun may affect the timeline and cost.
A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due on completion before delivery. Payment details are arranged directly via email.
Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current workload. Rush commissions may be available — mention your deadline in the form and Isabel will let you know what's possible.
